I am Edoardo Frattini, Personal Trainer and Longevity Specialist with over 20 years of international experience between Italy and Los Angeles.

 

My approach blends strength training, functional movement, posture, and evidence-based wellness to help people build a stronger, healthier, longer life.

I've had the privilege of working with actors, models, professionals, and individuals seeking real, lasting change always with one goal: elevating health, performance, and quality of life.
